Phil Mason

Phil Mason, MBA, serves as the Vice President of Business Development at Hertzler Systems Inc., having returned to the company after thirty years to engage with new technology platforms and markets. As President of Leap TBL, Phil focuses on guiding companies toward sustainability through the triple bottom line approach. With extensive consulting experience through Mason Consulting Group, Phil supports organizations lacking internal expertise in various key areas. Academic contributions include roles as an Adjunct Professor at Green Mountain College and Associate Professor at Goshen College, where courses in management, strategy, and sustainability are taught. Previously, Phil held positions at Bethel College, Digitec, Mennonite Mutual Aid, Ikon Technology Services, and Janzen Computer, demonstrating a diverse background in business development, teaching, and executive management. Phil holds an MBA in Environmentally Sustainable Business from Green Mountain College and a BA in Business/Marketing from Goshen College.
