Carol Coello

Carol Coello has a diverse work experience in software engineering roles. Carol is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at Heru since March 2022. Previously, they worked at Cambia Health Solutions as a Senior Software Engineer from June 2021 to November 2021.

Before that, Carol worked for 1.5 years at QuoteCenter, where they directly supported the flagship application used by 10k Home Depot associates. Carol contributed to maintaining existing code and designing new modules for the application using React and Node. Carol'stenure at QuoteCenter was from February 2018 to December 2020.

Prior to QuoteCenter, Carol worked as a Senior Application Developer at Welocalize. During their tenure from August 2016 to October 2017, they contributed to enterprise projects in both Microsoft and open-source environments using various stacks and tools such as ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server, Node, and AWS.

Before joining Welocalize, Carol had short-term contracts with Geo S Bush, where they worked as an Application Developer and Project Manager for a 3-month period in 2015, and as an Application Developer for a short-term contract through Robert Half in 2015.

Additionally, they gained experience as an Application Developer intern at Rohde & Schwarz in 2014 and worked as a Senior Application Developer at Johnson Controls, Knowledge Universe, and EnergyConnect during that same year.

Carol Coello earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Oregon State University, where they attended from 1988 to 1993. Later, they pursued further education at Portland State University, completing a Post-baccalaureate program from 2012 to 2015. During this time, they focused on Mathematics, Statistics, and Computer Science.
