David Kulak

David Kulak currently serves as the Medical Director at Cryomate, a position held since September 2023. David is also a Fertility Physician at both Herzliya Medical Center and Maccabi Health Care Services since April and January 2021, respectively. In addition, David Kulak has been the Fellowship Director and Director of Fertility Imaging at Laniado Hospital since December 2019, and has held the role of Physician and Attending Physician at GENESIS Fertility & Reproductive Medicine since July 2016. David Kulak earned a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine from 2008 to 2012.
