Naor Traitel

Naor Traitel is an advocate specializing in Hi-Tech and Cross Border M&A, currently working in the same capacity at Herzog since April 2023. Prior to this role, Naor served as Senior Legal Counsel at Poalim Hi-Tech from December 2021 to April 2023 and practiced law in the Hi-Tech and Cross Border M&A Department at Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co. from August 2019 to December 2021. Naor's experience also includes working as an advocate at Shibolet & Co. and Raved, Magriso, Benkel & Co., where initial legal training was completed.
