Ben Barnes currently serves as the Director of Business Excellence at Herzog Solutions, a role held since May 2025. Prior to this, Ben was a Senior Business Excellence Specialist at Siemens Government Technologies from June 2020 to May 2025, where responsibilities included managing an ISO 9001:2015-compliant Quality Management System and overhauling the Document Management System. In earlier positions, Ben worked as a Procurement Specialist at Siemens, managing software license procurement and optimizing workflows, and held various roles including an internship at Wake Forest University and head of inventory management at Lanier Canoe and Kayak Club. Ben’s career began as a camp counselor at Camp High Rocks and included an internship at PsiKick during high school. Ben holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Affairs from Wake Forest University.
