Maureen McCole

Maureen McCole currently serves as General Manager of Caltrain and Director of Strategic Operations at Herzog since February 2023. Prior roles include Vice President of Rolling Stock, Systems and Operations & Maintenance at Virginkar & Associates, Inc. from March 2020 to March 2023, and Director of Operations & Maintenance US at Bombardier Transportation from March 2017 to February 2020, overseeing multiple commuter rail contracts. Previously, Maureen held the position of Vice President Commuter Rail/Director TRE at Dallas Area Rapid Transit and Superintendent of the River Line at NJ TRANSIT. Early career experience includes various roles at Amtrak, concluding as Chief Clerk Mechanical, demonstrating a strong background in operations, maintenance, and strategic analysis in the transportation sector. Maureen holds a Bachelor of Science in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Cabrini University and an Associate of Science in Business Administration and Management from Rowan College at Burlington County. Additionally, Maureen pursued further education at The George Washington University - College of Professional Studies.
