Billy Pipp, CSFM CBLP has extensive work experience in grounds and sports field management. Additionally, Billy worked as a Landscape Supervisor at Creative Surroundings Inc from March 2009 to June 2009, overseeing landscape projects and maintenance.

Billy's early career included roles at the University of Missouri as a Turf Maintenance Specialist from January 2009 to June 2009, where they assisted with landscaping and upkeep of grounds around the Mizzou Sports Complex, and as a Student Assistant from August 2004 to January 2009, where they performed general upkeep of athletic fields and assisted with NCAA Division I events. Billy also gained experience as an Intern at the Washington Nationals from May 2007 to August 2008, working closely with the Head Groundskeeper to maintain safe playing surfaces and assisting with outdoor landscaping. Prior to that, they interned at the Boston Red Sox from May 2006 to July 2006, where they helped maintain Fenway Park and assisted with field preparation for Major League baseball games and concerts.
