Tracy Jackson

Tracy Jackson is an experienced facilities management professional with a comprehensive background in overseeing custodial, maintenance, and event operations across various organizations. As Director of Housekeeping at Oral Roberts University from December 1997 to November 2009, Tracy managed personnel for a significant campus space, including executive guesthouses. From 1991 to 1994, Tracy served as Facilities Maintenance Superintendent at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, supervising all aspects of building maintenance. In the role of Event and Custodial Services Manager at Sodexo from November 2009 to February 2019, Tracy directed a diverse staff across 23 buildings. Most recently, as Director of Custodial and Grounds at HES Facilities Management from May 2019 to July 2023, Tracy focused on client satisfaction and corporate objectives. Previous experience also includes serving as Maintenance Director at Mabee Center Conference and Events Center, responsible for event setup and maintenance in a large arena.
