Andre Kravchenko

Andre Kravchenko has extensive experience in the finance industry. Andre is currently working at HES FinTech as the Head of Capital Solutions Advisory, where they provide advisory services for fintechs and other financial service providers (FSPs), focusing on raising VC funding, equity and debt, strategic partnerships, and M&A. Andre also offers advisory services to Private Asset Impact Funds, assisting with the due diligence of fintech FSPs.

Prior to their current role, Andre worked as a Senior Vice President in Business Development and Partnership at HES FinTech. In this position, they provided traditional/legacy financial institutions, alternative lenders, and fintech startups with intelligent lending platforms that drive automation, reduce costs, and increase revenue. Andre also helped these institutions with digital transformation and business model digitalization by applying AI and ML technology, with a particular emphasis on assisting microfinance institutions (MFIs) and ESG/SRI & Impact Finance partners.

Before joining HES FinTech, Andre worked as an Entrepreneur and Consultant from 2020 to 2022. Andre also held the position of Senior Investment Officer at FINCA Impact Finance from 2011 to 2020, where they executed financing transactions for subsidiaries and the holding, provided funding transaction facilitation, and managed lender relations with international lenders.

Earlier in their career, Andre served as a Senior Investment Advisor at FINCA International from 2007 to 2011. Andre led the structuring, negotiation, and execution of central funding facilities for the organization. Before that, they worked as a Vice President at Quality Investment Service Group Ltd. from 2006 to 2007 and as the Director of Business Development & Finance at RFCP from 1997 to 2006.

Andre's work experience also includes a role as a Business Development Associate at OROSTREAM LIMITED from 1995 to 1996. Overall, they have a diverse background in various finance-related roles, demonstrating their expertise in capital solutions advisory, business development, investment, and finance.

Andre Kravchenko attended the Belarusian State Economic University from 1991 to 1995. Andre obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree with a focus on International Business.
