Dionne Hallback

Dionne Hallback has an extensive background in financial aid and educational leadership, currently serving as a Summer Financial Aid Consultant at HESAA since August 2015, where responsibilities include providing virtual financial aid counseling to college-bound New Jersey students. In addition to this role, Dionne has held multiple positions at The College of New Jersey since September 2000, including Client Service Consultant, Adjunct Professor, and various leadership roles within the Office of Student Financial Assistance and Student Financial Services. Previous experience includes an Assistant Director of Financial Aid position at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and a Financial Aid Counselor role at Mercer County Community College. Dionne holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Economics from Rutgers University.
