Tilman Gasche

Tilman Gasche has professional experience in the automotive industry, having held key positions with various organizations. Tilman began their career with Gabel M.E.C.A. GmbH & Co. KG as a Project Manager in October 2014 until June 2016. Tilman then worked as a Key Account Manager with Casco Automotive Group - An Amphenol Company from July 2016 to July 2020. In August 2020, they joined Huawei as a Senior Sales Manager Automotive, where they served until February 2023. Currently, they have a role as a Director Automotive Business with Hesai Technology since February 2023.

Tilman Gasche received their Diploma Degree in Asian Studies and Business Administration with a focus on China from the University of Cologne in May 2014. Tilman also attended Donghua University for a year from 2009-2010, where they studied full-time Chinese Language. In 2015, they obtained the Quality Manager certification from TÜV Rheinland Group. In October 2014, they obtained Lean Management & Six Sigma Professional Yellow Belt certification from DAWE Coaching & Training and Sales & Marketing Manager certification from Steinbeis University Berlin (SHB).
