Yanqiang (Yan) Zhang has worked in the technology industry since 2015. Yanqiang (Yan) began their career as a Studentische Hilfskraft at the Fraunhofer Heinrich Hertz Institute, HHI, where they worked as an Optical Components Research Assistant. In 2018, they moved to Huawei, where they worked as a Hardware Engineer, responsible for HW development and project management of telecommunication power supply systems. In 2019, they joined UAES as a System Leading Engineer, where they were responsible for system design for 48V converters, acting as a team leader, and working on global OEM projects. Currently, Yan is employed at Hesai Technology as an Application Engineer.
Yanqiang (Yan) Zhang completed their Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University between 2011 and 2014. Yanqiang (Yan) then pursued a Master's Degree in Elektrotechnik from Technische Universität Berlin between 2014 and 2016. Finally, they completed their Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University between 2016 and 2018.
