Charlene Sheppard

Charlene Sheppard is an experienced Care Manager with a career spanning over 18 years at the Hesley Group. Since June 2012, Charlene has held various roles including Deputy Care Manager and Acting Care Manager, demonstrating a strong commitment to leadership in health and social care. Charlene started at the Hesley Group as a Senior Support Worker and progressed to Team Leader before advancing to management positions. Educational qualifications include a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services from Irvanti, as well as NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Beauty Therapy and Anatomy and Physiology from North Notts College. Charlene completed secondary education at Elizabethan High School in Retford.
