Hesperia
Grant Shepherd currently serves as Development Director for Masterplanned Communities at Hesperia since September 2023. With extensive experience in urban planning and development, Grant is also actively involved with the Urban Development Institute of Australia (WA) as Vice President and WA State Councilor, advocating for effective urban planning systems. In addition, Grant participates in several committees, including the Planning Committee for the Property Council of Australia WA and the Reshaping Working Group for the Committee for Perth. Previously, Grant held key positions at Stockland, overseeing planning and acquisitions, and gained foundational experience at the Department of Planning (WA) and Dynamic Planning and Developments. Grant holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) in Urban and Regional Planning from Curtin University and completed an Executive Finance Program at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
