Daniela Pinheiro has extensive work experience in various roles related to human resources, training, and consulting. Daniela is currently the Head of HR at Carrosserie HESS AG since 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Human Resources and Quality Officer at F.Rego - Insurance Broker from 2021 to 2023. From 2003 to 2023, they held the position of Trainer/Consultant/Coach in several organizations. Daniela was the HR Learning & Development Manager at WireCo WorldGroup from 2018 to 2021 and the HR Manager at Sociedade Comercial C.Santos, Lda (Mercedes-Benz & Smart) from 2014 to 2018. From 2006 to 2014, they worked as both a Project Manager and Human Resources Manager at GTI - Gestão, Tecnologia e Inovação S.A. Finally, they served as the Training Manager at PROJCFI, Lda. from 2003 to 2006.
