Scott Garver

Scott Garver has over two decades of experience in environmental health and safety, currently serving as the Environmental Health and Safety Manager at Hess Construction + Engineering Services since November 2007. Prior to this role, Scott Garver was the Director of Operations at Applied Environmental Inc. from May 2005 to November 2007 and held the position of Environment Safety and Health Coordinator at Luck Stone Corp from 2001 to 2005. Earlier in their career, Scott Garver worked as an Industrial Hygienist at Earth Tech from 1994 to 2001. Scott Garver holds a B.S. in Biology from Virginia Tech, obtained between 1982 and 1987.
