Anya Smith

Anya Gorshkova-Smith, MSHRM, SPHR, currently serves as Human Resources Manager at Hess Corporation, where responsibilities include supporting business leaders across Global Production and Central Functions while delivering core HR activities and consultative services. Prior to this role, Gorshkova-Smith was the Director of Human Resources and Head of People and Culture at EPIC Midstream, overseeing the establishment and leadership of the HR function during a transition from a PEO. Additional experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager at Fagioli and Human Resources Generalist at Gorman Uniform. Anya holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University, a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University–Central Texas, and two Associate's degrees in National Economics and Linguistics from State University of Nizhni Novgorod and Linguistics University of Nizhny Novgorod, respectively.
