Chinedu Emegwa

Chinedu Emegwa possesses extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as a Senior Advisor for Technology and Innovation at Hess Corporation since November 2009. Responsibilities include developing the Gulf of Mexico (GOM) “asset optimization” technology and innovation strategy, managing corporate technical assurance processes, and overseeing reservoir engineering activities. Chinedu has also held senior roles in subsurface management and technical leadership across various regions, including an impactful tenure at Shell where leadership in uncertainty modeling and software deployment was achieved. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, a Master’s in Data Analytics, and a certificate in Technology and Innovation from prestigious institutions.
