Derek Abrahamsen

Derek Abrahamsen, CPL, is a seasoned professional in land negotiation and contract analysis with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. Since July 2017, Derek has held various roles at Hess Corporation, including Sr Land Negotiator, Supervisor-Land, Process Lead-Division Orders, and Contract Analyst-Land. Prior to this, Derek worked as a Petroleum Landman in an independent capacity from February 2006 to June 2017. Derek holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Houston.
