Isaac Whitley

Isaac Whitley has extensive experience in reliability engineering and operations within the oil and gas industry, particularly with Hess Corporation since July 2012. Isaac currently serves as GOM Reliability Engineering Manager, having previously held roles such as Condition Monitoring & Surveillance Lead and Business Planner for the Gulf of Mexico. Noteworthy contributions include enhancing reliability processes, achieving a production reliability improvement from 91% to 97%, and managing major projects related to facility upgrades. Isaac also facilitated the Defect Elimination Process and played a key role in implementing new technologies. Earlier positions included work as a Senior Lean Analyst, Subsurface Reliability Engineer, Operations Engineer, and part of a rotational Foundation Engineer program, complemented by internship experiences. Isaac holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Texas Tech University.
