Lesley Schaaff

Lesley Schaaff has extensive experience in government and regulatory affairs, currently serving as the Director of Government & Regulatory Affairs at Hess Corporation since February 2014. Prior to this role, Lesley worked at the EPA from 2001 to February 2014 as the Director of Policy & Regulatory Analysis in the Administrator's Office and as a Policy Advisor for Solid & Hazardous Waste from March 1997 to September 2001. Lesley's early career included a position as Associate Regulatory Counsel at Don Clay Associates from September 1994 to March 1997. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Environmental Law from The George Washington University Law School, a Doctor of Law (J.D.) in Environmental Law from Delaware Law School, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government from Clemson University.
