Nan Zhang

Nan Zhang, Ph.D., currently serves as a Process and Chemical Engineering Advisor at Hess Corporation, where responsibilities include chemical program management for Gulf of Mexico assets and process optimization for Sea Water Injection Systems and Produced Water Treatment. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Engineer and Engineer in Production Technology at Equinor from July 2013 to October 2020, as well as an internship at Shell Oil Company in June 2012. Nan Zhang holds a Ph.D. in Civil and Environmental Engineering and a Master of Science in the same field from Rice University, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Nankai University.
