Pat Reddy

Pat Reddy has extensive experience in financial leadership and governance roles across various companies. Currently serving on the Board of Directors at Hess Midstream Partners and Overseas Shipholding Group, Reddy holds positions as an Audit Committee member and Chair of the Conflicts Committee at Hess Midstream Partners, and Chair of the Audit Committee at Overseas Shipholding Group. Previous roles include Chair of the Audit Committee at PLH Group, Inc. and leadership in multiple committees at Paragon Offshore. Reddy's career includes significant executive experience as Chief Financial Officer at Spectra Energy and SVP and CFO at Atmos Energy, where responsibilities encompassed accounting, treasury, risk management, and mergers and acquisitions. Reddy earned an MBA in Finance from USC Marshall School of Business and a BA in Political Science and Economics from UCLA.
