Karina Bol

Karina Bol has extensive work experience in various industries. Karina founded and directed a company called Giggedbz.Ltd, where they were responsible for web design and process implementation, content creation, marketing and sales, social media marketing, cold calling, and email marketing. Karina also developed and implemented business processes and KPIs for the company. Prior to that, Karina worked as a Head Native English Speaking Teacher at HESS International Educational Organization. In this role, they recruited, trained, and developed foreign staff, bridged communication gaps, and ensured smooth operations across branches. Karina also worked as a Teacher at Trinity English School, a Risk Administrative Assistant at Atlantic Bank Limited, and a Pharmacy Manager at Belize Medical Associates.

Karina Bol completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Accounting at the University of Belize from 2012 to 2014. Karina then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on International Business and Trade at Ming Chuan University, where they studied from 2015 to 2017. From 2017 to 2018, they attended Tamkang University to further their education in Chinese Studies.
