Martin Plass is a seasoned professional in the performing arts with extensive experience as an actor, teacher, and leader in theater education. Serving as the proprietor of art-up! Büro für kreative Begleiterscheinungen since January 2001, Martin Plass also operates as a lecturer in acting, microphone speaking, and text design at spielraum.martinplass since September 2018. An actor at Hessisches Staatstheater Wiesbaden since 2015, Martin Plass became a permanent ensemble member in 2020. Additionally, Martin Plass led the Wiesbadener Schule für Schauspiel from May 2003 to November 2016, overseeing training planning, technical administration, finance, student support, personnel management, and instruction.
