Jacinta Shortt is currently serving as the Enablement and Events Coordinator at HESTA since May 2023, with previous roles including Service Delivery Consultant on secondment and Growth Enablement Coordinator, where responsibilities included managing sales collateral and marketing requests for the Growth team. Prior to HESTA, Jacinta worked at MLC Life Insurance from February 2020 to April 2023 as an Associate in Quality & Enablement - Adviser Services, focusing on training, audits, and quality processes, and as an Associate in the Platinum team providing comprehensive support to Financial Advisers. Additional experience includes administrative roles at Collins & Co, NTAA Corporate, and Salmat, where Jacinta provided various administrative and customer service support.
