Katrina Waghorne

Katrina Waghorne is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and digital transformation. Currently serving as General Manager for Future Operating Model and Digital at HESTA since October 2018, Katrina previously held various managerial roles at Link Group from 2009 to 2018, including Manager, Project Consulting and Implementation Manager. Katrina has a proven track record of managing key client product changes and transitions, effectively utilizing strong communication and relationship-building skills. Earlier career experience includes project management at Primary Superannuation Services and a role as Content Administrator at Sensis. Katrina holds an education from Monash University and is an alumnus of Balwyn High School.
