Kim Farrant

Kim Farrant is an accomplished professional in the field of responsible investment and environmental sustainability, currently serving as the General Manager of Responsible Investment at HESTA since June 2021. Prior to this role, Kim held key positions such as Head of ESG at Hostplus and Portfolio Manager for Responsible Investments at VicSuper, where leadership included integrating ESG across all asset classes and developing socially conscious investment options. Kim's expertise is further supported by a background as Director in Climate Change and Sustainability Services at EY, where responsibilities included leading audits and developing corporate sustainability strategies, and as an Associate Director at Net Balance Management Group. Kim's early career involved structural engineering with Kellogg Brown & Root. Academic qualifications include a Master’s in Environmental Policy from the University of Oxford, alongside dual Bachelor's degrees in Economics and Civil Engineering from the University of Adelaide.
