Kumar Ponnudurai

Kumar Ponnudurai has extensive experience in investment operations and client services within the financial sector. Currently serving as Investment Ops - Fixed Int, Cash & Derivatives Trading Support at HESTA since September 2022, Ponnudurai previously held key roles at State Street from 2017 to 2022, including Client Service Manager and Client Services Senior Associate. Prior to that, Ponnudurai worked at National Australia Bank from 2013 to 2016 in Corporate Actions, specializing in foreign market knowledge for capital raising events. Earlier experience includes positions at State Street Corporation from 2005 to 2012, where responsibilities ranged from Client Operations Manager to Senior Custody Specialist. Kumar Ponnudurai holds a Master’s degree in Banking and Finance from Boston University and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from UMass Boston.
