Jessica Shay

Jessica Shay is a Licensed Realtor with extensive experience in the real estate industry, currently serving at The Hester Group - Harry Norman since December 2019. Previously, Jessica worked with several real estate firms, including Red Barn Real Estate, Keller Williams Realty, and Pearson Smith Realty, accumulating a rich history of expertise across various roles since beginning a career in real estate in 2000. Prior to real estate, Jessica held positions in sales and counseling, including a role as Training Coordinator with the National Association of Drug Court Professionals. Academically, Jessica holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology/Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland and a Master’s Degree in Administration of Justice and Security from the University of Phoenix.
