Hestia takes its name from the Greek goddess of home and hospitality. A symbol of warmth, welcome, and genuine care. That spirit sits at the heart of our work. But what truly defines us is how we deliver it with operational excellence, human-centred leadership, and a deep understanding of what makes workplaces thrive.

Hestia is founded by Amanda Kay and Jo Newton, two leaders with decades of experience shaping guest services. As a fully independent, female-led and female-owned business. Hestia is built on a belief in people-first hospitality, operational excellence, and cultures where teams thrive.

Amanda and Jo have worked together for over a decade, building award-winning teams, transforming front-of-house operations, and elevating service standards in some of the most demanding environments.

Their mission is simple and deeply held: We create workplaces that feel human — where care and excellence meet.

We design and deliver guest services that feel effortless to experience and exceptional in execution. Behind every experience sits rigorous leadership, smart operations, and teams empowered to take ownership, use judgment, and create moments of care that genuinely stand out.

From reception and workplace hubs to events, concierge, switchboard and multi-site operations — we handle the everyday, the unexpected, and the extraordinary with the same level of precision and care.

Nothing we deliver is off-the-shelf. Everything is shaped around your people, your culture, and the rhythm of your workplace. We build, develop, and support exceptional teams who become a trusted extension of your brand — elevating standards, enhancing experience, and driving measurable value.

For us, guest services isn’t a department. It’s the heartbeat of a high-performing workplace and the difference people notice immediately.
