Krisztian Tenke has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Krisztian started their career as a Production Planner at Hubner Manufacturing Corporation, where they were responsible for planning production departments and coordinating with various departments. Krisztian then moved on to Innostruct Ltd, where they served as a Production Manager, overseeing the entire production process and managing a team of 100 individuals. At Onix Ltd., they held the role of Area Leader, handling workforce management, resource allocation, and strategic goal-setting for the production site.

Tenke joined Unilever in 2009 and took on various roles over the years. Krisztian served as a Project Leader, focusing on finding technological solutions and improving processes for packaging products. Krisztian then became an Area Leader, supervising the packing department and implementing TPM systems. Krisztian'sresponsibilities expanded further as they took on the role of Improvement Leader and TPM Instructor, leading factory-wide improvements and efficiency initiatives. Krisztian then became a Maintenance and Improvement Manager, overseeing the total factory maintenance team and developing maintenance processes and procedures.

In 2018, Tenke joined GoodMills Magyarország Zrt as a Plant Manager, where they were responsible for planning and organizing production, controlling workflows, and ensuring quality control of raw materials and finished products.

Currently, Tenke serves as the Managing Director at Hestra Gloves, where they lead the overall operations of the plant and provides leadership and direction for financial, production, quality control, maintenance, human resources, and logistics. Additionally, they manage outsourced production in Hungary and Ukraine.

Throughout their career, Tenke has consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills and a focus on improving operations and efficiency.

Krisztian Tenke attended the College of Nyíregyháza from 1997 to 2000, where they studied Mechanical Engineering.
