Astrid Rose is a seasoned professional in the fields of development, marketing, and public speaking, currently serving as the Head of Development at ELJA Foundation and as a Member of the Artistic Board at De Nationale Reisopera. With a strong focus on diversity and inclusion, Astrid has held advisory roles at Het Concertgebouw and actively contributed to Stichting Nanoek to support new narratives and female talent in musical theater. As the owner of RoseFountain, Astrid specializes in presentation training and storytelling for individuals and organizations. Previous positions include Head of Marketing and Communications at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam and Chair of the Board for Stichting Nanoek, alongside experience as a presentation coach with BrandedU. Astrid holds a degree in Marketing Management from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences.

Het Concertgebouw
Het was Bernard Haitink die Het Concertgebouw ooit roemde als het beste instrument van het orkest waaraan het onderdak biedt. Dat moet de Amsterdamse notabelen ook voor ogen hebben gestaan toen ze in 1881 besloten de hoofdstad een volwaardige concertzaal te schenken. Zeven jaar later prijkte er in het drassige weidegebied net buiten de gemeentegrens een wonder van neoclassicistische architectuur, Het Concertgebouw, dat zich inmiddels, evenals zijn belangrijkste bespeler het Koninklijk Concertgebouworkest, in een wereldwijde belangstelling mag verheugen. Met 800 concerten en andere evenementen trekt Het Concertgebouw jaarlijks 700.000 bezoekers.
