Jolanda Hovens

Jolanda Hovens has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of HR and HR Advisor at Het Concertgebouw since May 2008, where efforts are focused on fostering a welcoming and safe organizational environment. Previous roles include HR Specialist in the Projects Hospitality Branch from 2001 to 2007, and Human Resources Manager at Trader.com International from 1994 to 2001, overseeing HR management for the Uitgeverij Via Via. Jolanda's career began with a trainee position at Wolters Kluwer International Group from 1992 to 1994. Educational qualifications include a degree from Tilburg University, leadership and entrepreneurship training at de Baak, and a focus on inclusivity and diversity through a program at Accenture.
