Jolanda Van der Ven is a seasoned educator with extensive experience in the field of Dutch language and literacy. Currently serving as a member of the curriculum renewal committee at SLO since February 2021 and as a reading expert for the project "Na PISA de Lente," Jolanda conducts practical research on reading skills. Since September 2020, training colleagues in didactic coaching at Het Hooghuis has complemented experience as a first-degree Dutch teacher at Mondriaan College, a position held since August 2003. Previous roles include serving on the jury for the Dioraphte Young Adult Literature Prize and as a member of the professional field committee for teacher education at NCOI. Educational qualifications encompass a Master’s degree in Dutch Language and Literature from Radboud University, along with several specialized certifications in educational coaching and video interaction guidance.
