Marta Swigon

Marta Swigon is an experienced legal advisor currently working at Het Juridisch Loket since September 2022. As the owner of MSA Advies / MSA Porady i Tlumaczenia since April 2017, Marta provides expert legal advice and services. Previously, Marta served as a senior jurist at Janssen & Janssen c.s. Incasso & Gerechtsdeurwaarders from January 2014 to February 2017, where responsibilities included advising and assisting Dutch and Polish clients in collecting outstanding debts through both extrajudicial and judicial processes. Additionally, Marta held a senior jurist position at Weggemans Incasso & Gerechtsdeurwaarders from March 2009 to December 2013. Marta holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Law from the University of Groningen.
