Judith Schuitema

Judith Schuitema has extensive experience in human resources and management, currently serving as an HR-adviseur at Het Raamwerk since July 2006, with a prior role as Hoofd M&O a. i. from September 2015 to February 2017. Judith's career includes positions as a P&O-adviseur at Arbo Unie, a management assistant in HRM at KPMG, and an office manager at Capgemini Nederland, previously Hoskyns Group plc. Earlier roles include stewardess at KLM and travel guide at OCC Yachting. Judith holds a Bachelor's degree in P&A from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht and has pursued further education in Post-Traumatic Growth, as well as certifications in functions classification and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
