Cees Faber

Cees Faber is the founder of WePadel, the largest outdoor padel club in the Netherlands, with experience as an associate partner at Het Strategiekantoor and as an independent consultant at Arrow Insights since 2014. Faber has a diverse background in strategy, finance, and business development, with notable projects including commercial due diligence in the biodegradability testing industry and go-to-market strategy for a smart mobility company. Previous roles include Global Director of Strategy & Business Development at GREIF FPS, consultant at The Boston Consulting Group, and tax lawyer at Loyens & Loeff, where Faber specialized in cross-border tax advice for major corporations.
