Kenya Golston has a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Seton Hall University. Kenya has held various administrative and managerial roles in organizations such as Hetrick-Martin Institute, Planned Parenthood of Greater New York, THE ROFFE GROUP P.C., Emerson Health and Rehabilitation, Ivy Hill Elementary School, and Integrity House. At Planned Parenthood of Greater New York, Kenya was a Coordinator of Clinical Administration, providing administrative support to key medical staff. Currently, Kenya holds the title of Human Resources Manager and Operations Associate at Hetrick-Martin Institute.

Founded in 1979, Hetrick-Martin Institute (HMI) is the nation’s oldest nonprofit leader in LGBTQIA+ youth service programming.
