Marco Ziegler is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in management and consulting. Currently serving as Chief of Staff and Lead Office of the Accenture Chair and CEO at Accenture since January 1999, Marco Ziegler holds the title of Senior Managing Director, leading significant client accounts and initiatives, including the Accenture Pride Network. Previous roles include Managing Director, where responsibilities encompassed leading global client accounts for Procter & Gamble, and serving as Executive Partner for Consumer Goods and Services. Marco Ziegler also contributes to community initiatives as a Board Member for Hetrick-Martin Institute and German Language School Westwood NJ. Earlier career experience includes various strategy consulting roles at Capgemini from 1992 to 1998. Marco Ziegler's education includes studies at EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht and Thunderbird School of Global Management.

Founded in 1979, Hetrick-Martin Institute (HMI) is the nation’s oldest nonprofit leader in LGBTQIA+ youth service programming.
