William Dale is a seasoned professional in institutional giving and development, currently serving as the Director of Institutional Giving at the Hetrick-Martin Institute since August 2017. In this role, William manages nearly 65 foundation, corporate, and municipal relationships, overseeing grant acquisitions and renewals from approximately 100 entities. William's extensive experience includes prior roles as Corporate Giving Manager at The New York Academy of Sciences, Head of External Relations at Agahozo-Shalom Youth Village, and Director of Development at Career Transition For Dancers, showcasing expertise in fundraising strategies, donor engagement, and grant writing. William holds a Master of Science in Fundraising and Nonprofit Administration from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Music in Cello Performance from the Cincinnati Conservatory of Music.
