Santosh Dongare

Santosh Dongare is an experienced production manager currently working at Heubach India since February 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing a green field project, managing erection and commissioning, production planning, execution and control, IMS documentation, SAP integration, cost optimization, and inventory management. Prior to this role, Santosh served as Deputy Manager at Navin Fluorine International Ltd. from January 2019 to January 2022, focusing on new molecular development and enhancing existing plant capacity. At SRF Limited, from October 2013 to January 2019, Santosh held the position of Assistant Manager Production, managing the production of various molecules and expanding existing plant capacity. Earlier experience includes roles as Shift Production Officer at Gharada Chemicals Limited and Shift In Charge at Astec Lifesciences Limited. Santosh holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from North Maharashtra University and SSBT's College of Engineering & Technology, both obtained between 2004 and 2008.
