Ilyas TASSINE is currently a Technology Researcher at Heura Foods since January 2023. Prior experience includes serving as an R&D Engineer at Groupe Soufflet from March 2021 to March 2022, focusing on food physico-chemistry, rheology, analytical chemistry, and biochemistry, and an R&D intern where the project involved enhancing the functionality and sensory qualities of legume flours. Ilyas also co-led the Cheez'Inov project at ISEKI-Food Association, earning third place in an international innovation competition for plant-based cheese, collaborating between teams in France and Vietnam. Previous positions include quality control laborant at Mondelēz International, microbiology laborant at CHU Mohammed VI Marrakech, and an optional internship in biomedical laboratory work. Ilyas holds an engineering degree in agro-food from AgroSup Dijon and a Bachelor’s in Bio-Analyses Medical Sciences from Université Cadi Ayyad.
