Jan Blaško

Jan Blaško began their work experience in 2007 as a Junior Web Developer at AARON GROUP spol. s r.o., where they developed web pages and administration sites using PHP, MySQL, JS, jQuery, XML, and XSLT. Jan then became a Senior Web Developer, leading junior developers and working on projects involving PHP, OOP, MySQL, JS, jQuery, XML, XSLT, SOAP PHP client, and XML interfaces for flight pricer. Jan worked at AARON GROUP until 2013.

From 2013 to 2019, Jan worked at MallGroup as a Senior Lead Software Engineer, responsible for managing backend services, Elasticsearch, ELK stack, and mentoring team members. Jan also worked as a Solution/Software architect, designing technical solutions and preparing strategies for delivering projects. Jan later became a Senior Developer/SRE engineer, focusing on Elasticsearch, ELK stack, DevOps, GoLang, and PHP backend programming. Jan also led a team of full-stack developers as a Lead Software Engineer.

Since 2019, Jan has been working at Heureka Group as the Technology Head of Tribe.

Jan Blaško attended VOŠ a SPŠ Kutná Hora from 1999 to 2003, but no degree or field of study information is available. Jan then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Czech Technical University in Prague from 2003 to 2006. After that, they continued their education at the same university and earned a degree in System Programming (Ing.) from 2006 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, Jan Blaško obtained a certification from Krauthammer's Academy of Management in November 2015.
