As a co-founder and COO of MaxQ AI, Robert played a pivotal role in securing over $70 million in capital and building key partnerships with industry leaders. Currently, as a Venture Partner at OpImpact Fund, Robert oversees fund operations and strategic partnerships in defense technology. In addition to various high-level advisory roles, Robert has demonstrated expertise in global compliance, program management, and organizational design across multiple markets. They hold a BA in Near and Middle Eastern Studies from Columbia University.
