Oaskanta Mishra

Oaskanta Mishra has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. They began their career as a Management Trainee at Aspiring Minds, where they were involved in client engagement, data analysis, and creating reports on employability. From there, they went on to work as an HR Business Partner at Info Edge India Ltd., where they held roles as both an Associate HR Business Partner and an HR Business Partner. Following this, they worked as an Assistant Manager HR at Baxter International Inc. In 2020, Oaskanta joined BYJU'S as a Manager HRBP before taking on roles as a Senior HR Business Partner and Lead HR Business Partner at Hevo Data.

Oaskanta Mishra earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources with a minor in Operations from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, Mishra obtained an Engineer's Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Nalanda Institute of Technology, Odisha from 2008 to 2012.
