Earlier experience includes roles as Manager of Human Resources at Chicky's and as a Human Resources staff member at Hawa Chicken. Sandy began the career in academia as Assistant Director of the Sciences Faculty at AUL. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in International Human Resources Management from Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II) and an MBA in Human Resources Management from the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik - USEK.
