Elizabeth Lindley

Elizabeth Lindley currently serves as the Head Kindergarten Teacher at The Hewitt School since August 2020. Previously, Elizabeth held the position of Associate Teacher for First Grade at The Cathedral School of St. John the Divine from September 2017 to May 2022, where collaboration with the Head Teacher focused on engaging students with diverse abilities and learning styles. Elizabeth has also contributed as the Summer Camp Aquatics Co-Director at Bank Street College of Education, managing staff and coordinating swim lessons for numerous campers. Other roles include Assistant Director at Splash Fit Swimming, One-on-One Aide at Smith College Campus School, Head Academic Coach for Project Coach, and various teaching and research assistant positions, culminating in extensive experience in education and child development. Elizabeth earned a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Teaching from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor's degree from Smith College.
