Dan McGuire has extensive experience in the legal field, starting with their role as a Law Clerk at The Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, Office of Disciplinary Counsel in 2001. Dan then worked as a Litigation Associate at Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP from 2003 to 2005, and later at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP from 2005 to 2009. In 2009, they joined HP as a Commercial & Employment Litigation Counsel and later became the Associate General Counsel, PPS Americas. In 2015, they transitioned to Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where they held the positions of Vice President & Associate General Counsel, Commercial & Employment Litigation and Vice President Global Real Estate, Workplace Services.

Dan McGuire received their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law in 2003. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Secondary Education from the University of Scranton, which they completed in 1999.
