Joyce Roosz

Joyce Roosz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain engineering and project management. Currently serving as PMO Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise since August 2018, Joyce oversees a team of nine data analysts and project/program managers across the US and Costa Rica, focusing on sustainability and business-driven implementation. Prior to this role, Joyce worked at Intel as a Supplier Quality Engineer and Semiconductor Manufacturing Process Engineer from March 2010 to June 2015, where significant contributions included achieving a 2% cost savings on the 45nm Product Line through manufacturing process improvements. Joyce holds a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from San Jose State University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from UC San Diego, with additional educational background from the National University of Singapore.
